DIP SWITCH PROGRAMMING

MOTOR RUN TIME
(#1 DIP switch)
Switch 1 on - 2 seconds
Switch 2 on - 4 seconds
Switch 3 on - 8 seconds
Switch 4 on - 16 seconds
Switch 5 on - 32 seconds
All switches off - 5 cycles -
3 sec. off/ 3 sec. on

MOTOR SPEED:. The motor speed is controlled by switch positions 6-7-8 of DIP switch 1.

MOTOR SPEED TIME
(#1 DIP switch)
Switch 6 on - #1 slow speed
Switch 7 on - #2 slow speed
Switch 8 on - #3 slow speed
All switches on - Slowest speed
All switches off - High speed

MOTOR ACTIVATION TEST:
1) Momentarily depress the TEST PB (top-left pushbutton).
2) A 10 second timer starts when push button is released.
3) At end of 10 second timer, the motor will turn on and run at the speed and for the length of time established by switch positions 1 through 8 of DIP switch #1.
4) Motor turns off, test cycle is complete.

AM FEED TIMES Switch position 1 through 8 of DIP switch number 2 controls the AM feed times, see below. Feed times are in 1 hour increments, 2 times before daybreak, at daybreak and 5 times after daybreak. To select the desired feed time, the associated switch must be turned on.

A.M. FEED TIMES

Switch 1 on - 2 hrs before daybreak
Switch 2 on - 1 hr before daybreak
Switch 3 on - daybreak
Switch 4 on - 1 hr after daybreak
Switch 5 on - 2 hrs after daybreak
Switch 6 on - 3 hrs after daybreak
Switch 7 on - 4 hrs after daybreak
Switch 8 on - 5 hrs after daybreak

PM FEED TIMES Switch position 1 through 8 of DIP switch number 3 controls the PM feed times, see below. Feed times are in 1 hour increments, 5 times before nightfall, at nightfall and 2 times after nightfall. To select the desired feed time the associated switch must be turned on.

Switch 1 on - 5 hrs before nightfall
Switch 2 on - 4 hrs before nightfall
Switch 3 on - 3 hrs before nightfall
Switch 4 on - 2 hrs before nightfall
Switch 5 on - 1 hr before nightfall
Switch 6 on - nightfall
Switch 7 on - 1 hr after nightfall
Switch 8 on - 2 hrs after nightfall
